Photoblog: Davao recently II

I was heading home when a heavy rain outpoured the city. This scene came into the fore.

I was a bit surprised to see gondolas out of commuting jeepneys and taxis then.

What happened?  Will the concern parties need another ultimatum as a remedy?

This is going to be helpless in time.

 Somebody must do something.
